Biography

Audra Early is a registered nurse and seasoned executive with a rich background in healthcare management and payer strategy, spanning over 25 years. Her career has seen her lead multi-site healthcare operations and drive strategic initiatives for both public and private-equity-backed organizations.

Before joining Intuitive Health, Audra was Senior Vice President at ScionHealth, where she was pivotal in shaping payer relations and contracting strategies across a diverse portfolio of community and long-term acute care hospitals. Her extensive tenure at Kindred Healthcare, where she spent more than two decades, allowed her to develop deep expertise in various aspects of healthcare leadership. She held several key roles, including hospital CEO, Regional VP of Operations, and Senior VP of Strategy for the Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital Division.

Audra's approach is defined by her ability to drive growth, forge strategic alliances, and deliver exceptional value to patients, providers, and payers.
