Clare Rager

Biography

Clare Rager serves as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Intuitive Health, where she leads the organization’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and supporting business growth initiatives. Clare brings a wealth of experience in healthcare law, corporate governance, and strategic business advising, which has been instrumental in expanding the reach of Intuitive Health’s innovative model combining emergency and urgent care services under one roof to hospital and health system partners across the United States.

Prior to joining Intuitive Health, Clare was a member of the healthcare practice group at Foley & Lardner LLP, where she specialized in complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, physician contracting, and transactional matters. In this capacity, she worked closely with health systems, medical practices, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare industry clients to navigate highly regulated legal landscapes while achieving their strategic goals.

Clare earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Clare is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Philanthropy Connection, where she holds the positions of Clerk and Chair of the Governance Committee.
