Biography

Kari Wolfe is a seasoned human resources leader with a broad range of HR business experience focusing on fast-growing healthcare companies. She has demonstrated success in her ability to work with business leaders to drive people initiatives, with the capability to be both hands-on as well as strategic. Her expertise includes acquisition/integration, restructuring, on-boarding, payroll, compensation, process management and improvement, employee relations, training, and talent management. She is passionate about the mission and value-based culture of Intuitive Health’s ER & Urgent Care, specifically Servant Leadership.

Before joining Intuitive Health, Ms. Wolfe worked as an HR Consultant creating and implementing HR best practices across many organizations. Also, she served as an HR leader at DaVita Healthcare Partners, leading HR initiatives for a large employee population in multiple locations across the United States.

Kari Wolfe received her BBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Also, she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
