Biography

Mason Deal brings over ten years of healthcare strategy and operations experience to the Intuitive team. He began his career with Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia, acquiring and integrating one of the largest cardiology groups in the Southeast. From there, Mason was recruited as a system-wide Administrative Fellow for the Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, Maryland. He served on the hospital executive leadership teams and the corporate strategy and operations teams. Mason recently served at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) as an executive facilitating a broad range of facility master planning, including their freestanding emergency department and urgent care service lines.
